DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY (DPOA)
This allows you to designate WHO will handle your financial affairs if you are unable to do so.
The person you designate will be able to perform financial functions, sign
checks, pay bills, sign deeds, transfer property, sign tax returns, etc.
