LIVING WILL
This document is not legally binding in Massachusetts, however it can give the
Health Care Proxy (HCP) instructions as to what your wishes are. The H.C.P.
has the authority to make decisions on your behalf but it is helpful if the HCP
already knows your wishes (Living Will). This is not a DNR! This document
will simply state what your wishes are with regard to prolonging your life or
not.
If you choose to gift money to a charitable organization, please let us know the
name of said charity and the amount you would like to leave.
Special Concerns? If this is your second, third, or forth marriage, it is
imperative we know the family dynamics so we can assist you in preparing
accordingly.
Just like life itself, family situations are always changing. These Estate
Planning documents are not “set in stone” and can be changed as often as you
deem necessary (as long as you are competent).
